Creating a safe space for family lawyers to reflect, replenish, and grow.

My Background

Before becoming  a family law supervisor, I practiced as a French family lawyer, trained as a collaborative lawyer, and became a bilingual (French–English) family mediator.

Alongside my professional work, my personal journey as a mother of two, navigating multiple international moves and career transitions, has given me a deep appreciation of the emotional challenges many family law professionals, particularly women, face when balancing career, family, and personal change

Reflective Supervision with Me

I trained in reflective supervision because I believe that those who support families also need support themselves  and because I know first-hand the weight that family law professionals carry.

We are asked to step into some of the most painful moments in people’s lives, often while managing overwhelming workloads, tight deadlines, and the emotional intensity of our clients’ stories. It can be draining, isolating, and, at times, overwhelming.

I offer a safe, confidential space where you can take a step back and reflect on your practice, your work–life balance, and your relationships with colleagues and clients especially in high-conflict cases.

My approach is not coaching or mentoring, but a practice of professional self-care: a regular space for reflection, where you can process the emotional toll of your work, explore dilemmas, strengthen boundaries, prevent burnout, and develop resilience.

I bring a particular focus on supporting:

  • Young lawyers at the start of their careers in a demanding profession
  • Women balancing professional demands with personal lives, including life transitions such as pregnancy, divorce, and menopause…
  • Sole practitioners, who may otherwise lack a space for support when navigating difficult decisions
  • Senior lawyers and partners, who often carry enormous responsibility in isolation

If you are considering reflective supervision, I offer an initial conversation so that you can get a sense of whether I might be the right supervisor for you.
